Department Head's Message

Welcome to the Department of Computer Science & Engineering at SRKR Engineering College. Established in 1991, our department has been at the forefront of technical education, shaping socially responsible technologists guided by our philosophy of "Engineering with Empathy."

Over the years, we've evolved from a foundational B.Tech program to offering specialized tracks in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Sustainable Computing, serving over 400 students annually. Our strength lies in blending academic rigor with industry relevance.

This year, 90% of our graduates secured placements with leading firms like TCS, Infosys, and Microsoft, with top packages reaching Rs.29 LPA.

The department takes pride in its 24/7 Innovation Cell where students prototype solutions for real-world challenges. Recently, our students won national acclaim for developing an AI-powered diagnostic tool for rural healthcare and a blockchain solution for supply chain transparency.

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)
